Warnings and Restrictions: Only for use in oral medicines when the plant part is fruit or seed. The medicine requires the following warning statements on the medicine label:
PREGNT – Not recommended for use by pregnant and lactating women.
PREGNT2 – Do not use if pregnant or likely to become pregnant (or words to that effect).
Permitted for use only in combination with other permitted ingredients as a flavour.
If used in a flavour the total flavour concentration in a medicine must be no more than 5%.
